Yes—we monitor and follow REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) requirements. Material declarations can be provided as needed to support regulatory compliance.
Traceability is maintained throughout the production process by serial number and build code that are present on the assemblies. These numbers are tied directly back to the specific raw materials and production details of the assembly.
Yes—our hoses and assemblies are manufactured to meet or exceed SAE and ISO standards. We also support custom specification and validation requirements for OEM partners.
Yes—a Certificate of Conformance can be supplied upon request to confirm that materials and assemblies meet applicable specifications and quality requirements.

You will receive an email confirming that your order was received—typically within 8 business hours. If you don’t see a confirmation within that timeframe, please contact customer service. An official order acknowledgement will follow 24–48 hours after your order has been processed.
Standard production lead time is 10-12 business days after receipt of an order. Custom or complex builds may take longer. Thermoplastic hose assemblies are often available faster than rubber options due to our U.S. based manufacturing. ProPulse Now items can be shipped within 24 hours, if the items are in stock. Your sales rep can provide the most accurate estimate based on your specific needs.

Forecasting
Yes. We regularly collaborate with OEMs to develop rolling forecasts, blanket orders, and stocking strategies that support consistent production and on-time delivery.
Sharing forecasts allows us to plan raw materials, reserve capacity, and reduce lead times. It also minimizes the risk of shortages or delays—especially during peak seasons or market fluctuations. It may also help us identify trends and suggest adjustments to reduce cost or improve fulfillment timelines.
Not always. While firm orders are ideal, we understand that forecasts may be fluid. We can work with projected demand to secure materials and schedule capacity, especially when paired with a stocking agreement or blanket PO.
If a release is scheduled during a holiday or company shutdown, we’ll call or email you with a revised ship date and confirm that the timing works for your schedule. We stay in close communication and do everything we can to ensure you have your product when you need it.
We build flexibility into our operations to accommodate shifts in demand. While large last-minute changes may impact lead times, we do our best to respond quickly and adjust schedules when possible.

We have a fully outfitted onsite lab to carry out all testing as required for compliance with SAE or ISO designations for hose. This includes testing such as abrasion, corrosion resistance, UV/ozone exposure, impulse, and cold-weather performance. We’ll match material performance to your application to ensure lasting results in real-world conditions.
Yes—sample assemblies are available for fit checks, field testing, or early validation.

SHipping & Receiving
We ship with a variety of national and regional carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight providers—selected based on delivery timelines, order size, destination and customer preference.

Lead time varies depending on the product type, order quantity, and current production schedule. Once an order is acknowledged, we’ll provide an estimated ship date.
We accept deliveries Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST.
Drivers should enter through the main shipping & receiving dock and check in with the warehouse manager.
Please include a packing slip with your company name, our purchase order number, and a detailed list of items delivered, as well as a Bill of Lading (BOL).
Hose assemblies are boxed, sealed, and labeled with product information and traceability details. Packaging is designed to protect the product during transit.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email or through your standard order communication channel.
Take photos of the damage, mark the BOL that it was received damaged, and notify us immediately (within 48 hours). We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work quickly to resolve the issue.
We will inspect and document any issues upon receipt. If materials are damaged or incorrect, our team will reach out to the supplier for resolution.
Yes—while appointments are not always required, they’re encouraged for large deliveries or special handling. Please contact our purchasing department in advance.
Testing
We conduct a wide range of in-house testing to SAE, ISO, ASTM or other applicable standards. These tests include burst pressure, impulse life cycling, tensile strength, elongation, leak, proof, UV/ozone, environmental chamber, abrasion, corrosion resistance, dimensional, and fitting retention testing. These tests help ensure each assembly meets or exceeds industry and customer-specific standards.
Yes—we offer salt spray testing in accordance with ASTM B117/ISO 9227 to evaluate corrosion resistance of fittings, plating, and other exposed components. Our standard plating far exceeds SAE standards and provides a minimum protection of 500 hours to red rust.
We can simulate high and low temperature exposure to assess hose performance under extreme operating conditions. The environmental chamber used for testing has a range from -70°C to 190°C to prove hose performance in the severest conditions.
Yes—our hoses and assemblies are designed to meet or exceed relevant SAE, ISO, and other industry standards. We also support OEM-specific certifications and custom validation plans as required.
Yes—our cleanliness testing lab can perform both gravimetric testing to ISO 4405 as well as particle testing to ISO 4406. Random cleanliness audits are carried out monthly using gravimetric and particle analysis to support OEM requirements for hydraulic systems.
Testing frequency depends on product type and customer requirements. We follow documented quality control plans that may include first-article testing, batch validation, and on-going audit checks throughout production.
Yes—test reports and certificates of compliance can be provided upon request. We document results for verification and validation, especially for OEMs with formal quality or regulatory requirements.
Yes—we welcome customer audits and on-site visits. Whether you’re validating capabilities, reviewing process controls, or completing a qualification audit, we’re happy to host you at our Peosta, Iowa facility.
Warranty & Returns
ProPulse warrants its hose assemblies and related products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days for hydraulic hose and 180 days for high pressure cleaning hose from the date of shipment. This limited warranty is extended only to the original OEM or distributor purchaser and does not apply to end users or subsequent owners. For full terms, please refer to our Limited Warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact your ProPulse sales representative or customer service team. Please provide the part number, date code, description of the issue, and photos if available. If your claim is within the warranty period, we’ll issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with next steps.
No—ProPulse does not accept returns or warranty claims from end users who purchased through Amazon or a distributor. All such claims must be handled through the original seller.
Yes—returns are accepted from OEM or direct customers, but must be pre-approved and accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization). All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the conditions outlined in our warranty and return policy.
A restocking fee may apply to returned items, especially if they are standard stock or made-to-order. Your account manager can provide more information based on your specific situation.
