thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose

ProPulse has been manufacturing high-pressure thermoplastic hose in Iowa for 2005 years. As a U.S. hose manufacturer, we can provide competitive pricing and quick turnaround times to our customers. Because we control the whole manufacturing process from start to finish, our thermoplastic hoses have lower lead times and are more cost effective than overseas hose suppliers.

Thermoplastic offers various benefits over its rubber counterpart. Not only does it last longer, but it also often comes at a lower cost to you. Because of this, thermoplastic is quickly becoming the preferred material for OEM hydraulic equipment manufacturers who fabricate agricultural machinery, construction machinery, thermoplastic lubrication lines and industrial and material handling equipment. Our thermoplastics are manufactured using all raw material- never regrind. This results in a strong hose that is more resistant to pin hole leaks and other failure.

Midwest Manufacturer of Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose

ProPulse, A Schieffer Company has been assembling high-pressure hoses since our inception in 1998. In 2005, we made a substantial investment into thermoplastic hose manufacturing. ProPulse Thermoplastic Hose is 100% manufactured in Peosta, Iowa. Since our manufacturing process is vertically integrated, our lead times and costs are lower than most overseas rubber hose suppliers.

In 2021, we completed a 20,000 square foot expansion and investment in new extrusion equipment, which is the most advanced thermoplastic hose extrusion process in the U.S. Currently, we assemble over 2.5 million hose assemblies and extrude over 45 million feet of hose per year.

We have continued to grow throughout our 20 plus years of business. In the past five years we have doubled in size, all while maintaining the highest level of quality for our diverse customer base.
